Before becoming a coach, Brenda spent a decade as a project manager at agencies and nonprofits, supporting teams at companies like Capital One and Adobe and helping open more than 25 museum exhibitions. Today, she integrates that creative and strategic background into her coaching practice, empowering clients through self-awareness, intentional choices, and the belief that meaningful careers are possible.
