I offer a number of workshops that are geared towards helping millennials create success in their personal and professional lives. These workshops can be done in person or virtually. Workshop 1: Creating Success in Love & Dating for Millennials
Understanding where your current relationship energy level resides
How to create a partnership where you BOTH feel heard and needs are met
Non-defensive communication skills
Understanding and managing your triggers to be able to successfully navigate difficult conversations
The four relationship killers, how to become aware of them and manage them
Understanding your relationship attachment styles and how they can coexist
How to practice relationship hygiene to ensure you continue to grow in the right direction
Workshop 2: The Blueprint to Success
The goal of this workshop is helping individuals get clear on what success means to them so they can put together a strategic plan with action steps that they can carry out to attain success in their personal and professional lives
- DEFINE what success means to you
- CREATE a clear vision of what success looks like (across multiple categories- career, relationships, family, finances etc.)
- IDENTIFY what could possibly get in your way or stop you from navigating this path so that you can proactively combat these challenges
- CREATE accountability systems and access resources to aid in staying on track
Workshop 3: The Lowdown on Burnout Among Millennials
The goal of this workshop is to help individuals understand WHAT burnout is so that they can take action in preventing it in their own lives (across both personal and professional realms)
- Discuss what is burnout and what might it look like in both your personal and professional worlds
- Understand why do we (especially millennials) feel so burnt out?
- Learn how burnout affects us and how we can spot whether we’re suffering from burnout
- Understand how to take action to prevent burnout that goes beyond self-care, taking time for ourselves, etc. and how to reverse burnout out if it’s already occurring
