I'm Eliana, a career & success coach. I work with ambitious, career-driven 20s & 30s somethings to help them reach the next level in their careers - or completely pivot into something different.

I know what it’s like to feel completely disconnected from the work you’re doing, feel a lack of confidence in yourself, and even question your ability to succeed. I felt those numbing feelings for years until I reached burnout and waved my white flag. That was my turning point. I realized I didn’t deserve to just “get by” in my career, I wanted more and I realized I could CHOOSE something different. 

I’m passionate about guiding my clients to figure out their why, their what, and then create a plan to make it happen because I don’t believe in settling when it comes to your career.
